Seatainers Group changes Company Structure

During 2010 the Seatainers Group has performed a very comprehensive strategy work which has resulted in alterations of the group structure effective as of 1 January 2011. 

Subsequently, the activities of BaltShip Road has been excluded from BaltShip A/S and merged with the warehouse, logistics and distribution activities of Seatainers A/S.

The new constellation will continue under the name of BSL A/S with all activities including both national and international road transports. The former BaltShip Road office in Riga, Sia baltShip Latvia will change its name to Sia BSL Latvia. 

The structural changes will not affect our project transport activities in any way. They will continue under the supervision of Mr. Flemming Rung, CEO, until 1 February, 2011 from which date Mr. Soren Soe will take up the position as managing director, CEO of BaltShip A/S whilst Flemming Rung will enter the board of directors of the Seatainers Group companies.
